Title: Transition Management Specialist
Mandaluyong City (ABK0), PH
- Handle multiple end-to-end transitions with different levels of complexity. Plans and schedule account deliverables, goals, milestones
- Communicate with clients to identify and define the account requirements, scope, and completion objectives
- Collaborating with the Operations and Support teams to ensure all account requirements are understood and worked on. Proactively working with client business partners to ensure their needs are met
- Tracking of account deliverables to ensure adherence to project timeline. Creating engagement reports/dashboards and facilitating project calls with key stakeholders
- First point of escalation during implementation phase, ensuring appropriate and proactive client communications while setting realistic expectations
- Prepare Service and/or Project proposal/s upon finalizing client requirements. Ensure that the scope and other requirements are Ensure that the scope and other requirements are accurate and complete
- Identify and document additional process improvements opportunities for possible implementation after the Transition
- Ensure seamless transfer of account to Operations
- Prepare Change Requests as required to capture change in scope and/or timeline
- Tracking of released proposals and change orders
- Baselining review of engagements
