| RAS Accountant handles the following functions related to accounting and monitoring of Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR): | |||||||||||||||||
| 1.) Assistance to National Sales in the reconciliation, analysis and adjustment of TAR and related transactions of customers’ accounts | |||||||||||||||||
| 2.) TAR monitoring of military accounts and all related requests; RMC fund monitoring; update and monitoring of Delivery Advice | |||||||||||||||||
| 3.) Posting of SOA adjustments, posting of payment, transfer of mispostings | |||||||||||||||||
| 4.) ADA monitoring, coordination and all related requests | |||||||||||||||||
| 5.) Posting of month-end accruals | |||||||||||||||||
| 6.) Intercompany reconciliation | |||||||||||||||||
| 7.) Booking, monitoring and reporting of withholding tax; OVAT reporting | |||||||||||||||||
| 8.) Uploading from Fleet CCMS to SAP and reconciliation | |||||||||||||||||
| 9.) Illegitimate Interest reversal; Write-on/write-off; Billing document cancellation | |||||||||||||||||
| 10.) UAC monitoring, refund and all related request | |||||||||||||||||
|
11.) Cash bond monitoring and refund 12.) Performs other relevant duties that may be assigned. |
