MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate, preferably graduate of business, supply chain, engineering, and accountancy programs
- With at least one (1) year of experience in procurement work and/or auditing
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable about using MS Office applications
- Must have good interpersonal, presentation skills, and project management skills
JOB OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for auditing and reviewing the San Miguel Group’s procurement systems to ensure compliance and proper operation.
Process Compliance Checking
- ensure established and approved procurement policies and procedures are complied with
Policy and Process Development
- including design, policy formulation, and process improvements through data gathering
Continuous Process Improvement
- drive/support processes into automation and other special projects leading to the efficiency of procurement processes as a result of compliance checking and other internal initiatives
Document and Records Management
- organize and control the development, codification, and implementation of procurement processes and systems
