Title: Legal Assistant
Mandaluyong City (ABK0), PH
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of legal and corporate documents
- Handle SEC registrations, amendments, and reportorial requirements
- Process company registrations and coordinate with relevant government agencies
- Support corporate and property transactions, including document preparation and coordination with internal and external parties
- Maintain and organize corporate records, legal files, and documentation
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders on legal matters.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a law office, corporate legal department, or private company
- Experience in corporate and property transactions
- Knowledgeable in SEC rules and regulations, including incorporation, amendments, and reportorial requirements
- Experience in processing company registrations
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
