Back Office Services – Document Specialist
Project Details:
- To localize Information Security Documents
- To document the business processes in the operations
- To review the “to be” processes obtained from the Loyalty Group discussions attended by the Document Specialist
- To conduct interviews as necessary to complete the process gaps
- To provide documentations and assist in the development of business requirement definitions
- To conduct User Acceptance Test and perform activities for the completion of the project.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Documentation of processes as required by the client
- Organizing and categorizing documented processes for ease use
- Adhering to the regulatory requirements of the program
- Ensuring documentations integrity and executing controls as required by the client
- Perform other tasks, duties & responsibilities that may be assigned by the team leader from time to time.
