Provide consistent high-quality service to customers, merchants and individuals by ensuring accurate and efficient handling of inbound and outbound interactions with Petron Cards Operations Center through any of the available channels (phone, email, letters,  and walk in).

 

Undertaking routine Card Operating System processes, administrative handling of card applications, accounts and merchant-related concerns including related databases and generally providing assistance in keeping high service quality levels for all cards-oriented solutions.

 

Receiving, referring, and reporting prompt and appropriate response to any and all concerns received from various internal PETRON departments, card accounts, merchants and other business partners, primary through the PCIC Hotline including other channels of communications to and from Card Operations Center.
