Title: Business Affairs and Communications Assistant

Responsibility 1: ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Provides assistance to the administrative needs of the department to support BAC’s day-to-day operations.
Tasks:
- Monitors, processes and submits BAC’s invoices and operating budget and expense reports to Finance.
- Provides administrative support such as processing of purchase requisition, contract processing and routing, stock requisition, and other requests among others as requested.
- Supports the BAC manager by ensuring that requested assistance for various tasks are completed as necessary.
Responsibility 2: ASSISTANCE TO INTERNAL COMMUNICATION PROGRAMS
Assist in the implementation of internal communication programs.
Tasks:
- Provides creative execution for internal communication materials such as the KB newsletter, e-mail blasts, social media posts, videos etc.
- Maintains and updates various digital and traditional internal channels such as KBTV, social media channel, e-mail, and newsletter.
- Cover internal events through photo and video formats.
Responsibility 3: ASSISTANCE TO EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION PROGRAMS
Assists in the implementation of internal communication programs.
Tasks:
- Provides layout/creative execution for external communication materials as needed.
- Assists during media rounds and media handling during external and corporate events.
Responsibility 4: PROVIDE CREATIVE SUPPORT
Designs and provides creative execution to various requests from internal stakeholders.
Tasks:
Designs key visuals, standardize and develop templates, and provide creative support to internal stakeholders.
