- Monitor incoming and outgoing documents
- Organize travel and hotel arrangement for the team
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents requested by the management
- Process payments for general invoices/billings
- Maintain records of office equipment and job cars/car plans
- Assist with the team's request by coordinating with other departments
- Other administrative duties such as but not limited to filing, scanning approvals/lease agreements, etc
- Receive and disseminate important information/announcements/ management directive to the team
- Prepares program and activities for the team for events
- Prepares summary of the contract clearances for approval of the management
- Assist in the preparation of yearly budget report for Business plan presentation
- Plans and prepare the budget of Property Management Group team yearly
- Prepare lists, reports, and other documents as required by the immediate head
