Plant Admin Associate (PAA) focuses on building rapport with stakeholders specially the host community, he acts as the representative for community engagements, build partnerships and cooperation, also act as security coordinator safety, labor legal relations and extends support to our Environmental Compliance and Safety Engineer ensuring that all permits are valid and renewed on time.

Some of the Plant Admin Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handles stakeholders issues and concerns that have direct impact in our opration.
2. Builds strong and stable relationship/partnership with LGUs, Regulatory Agencies and stakeholders.
3. Perform community engagements and maintain company's rapport with host community.
4. Manage security protocols enforcing SMC policies and standards.
5. Handles complaints and crisis management involving our products, operations and impact on the community.
6. Performs community engagement and manage/process community requests, issues and concerns.
7. Act as the representative of the plant for community engagements, on behalf of the Plant Manager.
8. Support the Environmental Compliance and Safety Engineer in implementing SMC Policies and Government Regulations and other implementing agencies.
