Title:  Technical Training and Management Systems Engineer

PRIMARY FUNCTION: 

As a frontline member of the Technical Training and Management Systems (TTMS), the TTMS Engineer reports to, advises, and provides recommendations to the TTMS Manager on matters related to the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for quality, environment, and occupational safety and health at the Petron Bataan Refinery. The primary duties involve supporting the implementation, certification, and sustainability of the IMS. Additionally, the TTMS Engineer may also be assigned training engineer functions, including conducting training needs analysis, curriculum design, evaluation, and other related tasks as required.

Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
