Title: Reliability Engineer
Limay, Bataan (ADC1), Philippines
- Assists the Chief Engineer B2 and Operations Managers in implementing a long-term reliability program by establishing maintaining equipment records and histories, condition and material changes. Specifically, he is tasked to do the area reliability report that established the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) for critical refinery equipment, bad actors list, PM results and other KPI measures.
- Conducts in-depth technical studies and research on corrosion and erosion patterns, equipment failure analysis.
- Conducts initial equipment inspection in his area of responsibility and calls for specialist assistance only when scope is beyond his capacity.
- Inspects and issues reports for Production B stationery and rotating equipment during shutdowns and turnarounds.
- Studies corrosive and erosive conditions and recommends repairs and replacement of equipment as necessary. Proposes changes in the light of PBR and other experiences, local and international codes and standards, and other basic practices, design, and construction material standards.

B. S. in Mechanical, Materials or Metallurgical Engineering (license required)
B. EXPERIENCE:
Preferably five (5) years professional engineering experience
