Title:  Operations Technician

The applicant is at least a Technical school graduate, preferably Engineering graduate, and  should posses Petron's core competencies.  Customer care - meet the requirement and shows respect to Superiors and co-employees he is interacting with; Entrepreneural Spirit- find ways to improve his job; Adaptability- can cope to difficult situations; Critical Thinking- ability to think clearly during upsets/emergencies; Empowerment- be a good example to co-employees; Team Orientation- he should cooperatively work with his group; and  Commitment to Excellence- he should have the desire to succeed, render overtime works and eager to work with no or minimal absences.
