Title:  Maintenance Technician - Stationary Equipment

PRIMARY FUNCTION: 

The Maintenance Technician–SE (Stationary Equipment) performs skilled preventive maintenance works, repairs, welding, installation, modification, demolition and fabrication on a wide variety of metal structures and piping systems in processing, storage, shipping and related facilities.  Includes work on plant fittings, pipefitting, plumbing and other related work on equipment and facilities such as process units, tanks, drums, towers, buildings/structures, separators, exchangers, sewerage, and oil/gas/water/steam/utility lines among others.

QUALIFICATIONS:   

A.     FORMAL EDUCATION:

At least Technical school graduate, preferably Engineering (Mechanical) graduate

C.     SKILLS:

             MENTAL - Mechanical inclined, analytical, can easily understand instruction.

         MANUAL - Welder, pipefitter, boiler maker, metal worker.

INTERPERSONAL - Gets along with others, cooperative.

D.     SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:   

Must be a team player.
