Title:  Instrument and Control Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Instrument and Control Engineer is responsible for advising and assisting the Plant Services Chief Engineer in providing the hardware systems analysis and programming services to all process control and instruments, as well as monitoring and optimization activities, to ensure that adequate software and programming support is available for the plant’s computerized process control.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A.     FORMAL EDUCATION:

B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical or Electronics Engineer).

B.      EXPERIENCE:  

Two (2) to five (5) years power plant operation.  Extensive application in software and hardware analysis and design, process control programming,fundamentals in industrial applications and knowledge in refinery process control system

C.      SKILLS:

MENTAL - Conversant with process control hardware and software, system design, process control programming languages, Excel Macro, data       

                  communication, network management and computer programming software analytical can easily understand instruction.
