KEY RESULTS AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Answer Inbound Emails
    1. Develop customer relationship with the customer
    2. Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
    3. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
    4. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
    5. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
    6. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  2. Help monitor team performance
  3. Motivate team members

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

(Education, skills, experience)

  1. EDUCATION: College Graduate
  2. WORKING EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience in customer service, but not required
  3. SKILLS
  • With strong phone skills such as active listening skills, clear verbal communication skills (clarity of speech and diction), attention to detail, and politeness
  • Average to advance knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
