KEY RESULTS AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer Inbound Emails
- Develop customer relationship with the customer
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Help monitor team performance
- Motivate team members
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
(Education, skills, experience)
- EDUCATION: College Graduate
- WORKING EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience in customer service, but not required
- SKILLS
- With strong phone skills such as active listening skills, clear verbal communication skills (clarity of speech and diction), attention to detail, and politeness
- Average to advance knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
