JOB SUMMARY

  1. Performs SAP Materials Reservation and on-time Goods Receipt (GR) for the withdrawal of packaging and raw materials for use in production.
  2. On time Goods Issuance (GI) of Finished Product to Finished Goods Warehouse.
  3. Maintains and control materials inventory in the shop-floor.
  4. Receiving, issuance, monitoring and control of other supplies and operating supplies.
  5. Overall lead in the management of Fit for Reprocess (FFR) materials.
  6. Acts as reliever in the absence of production controller.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Review Production Schedule per shift to control materials withdrawal and ensure Production will not run out of stocks to use.
  2. Checks beginning inventory of raw materials and packaging and coordinate or inform production supervisor and production planner if inventory falls to critical level and provide necessary adjustment.
  3. Run bill of materials of each product on schedule to get the required quantity / volume of materials for use and compare to actual shop-floor inventory.
  4. Perform SAP transaction of raw materials, packaging, reprocess, finished goods, and other supplies/operating supplies for use in production.
  5. Create reservation for oil consumption, coordinate to oil monitoring controller.
  6. Encode, transact and perform micro mix / bulk mix automated production orders.
  7. Check and perform Good Issuance (G.R.) of finished goods produced before transfer to Finished Goods Warehouse.
  8. Ensure all documents and generation of reports through SAP for the withdrawal and receiving of stocks with correct material code/batch code vs. Actual.
  9. Monitor FIFO, label, quantity and weight, material code, batch code, material description during withdrawal and issuance.
  10. Collates batch codes, production date, expiry date, and lot code of all raw & packaging materials used in every shift per line, per batch of production run then submit to production controller for confirmation analysis.
  11. Analyzes and consolidates daily production output with warehouse personnel (issuer / receiver) and validates figures prior to product confirmation to avoid discrepancies in SAP system.
  12. Receiving and issuance of other supplies and operating supplies.
  13. Performs inventory of raw and packaging materials every end of shift and end of week run.
  14. Conducts monthly shop-floor inventory of materials with Finance.
  15. Conducts inventory reconciliation with Stores Controllers, FG Warehouse Controllers and Production Controller.
  16. Summarize daily utilization report of 3rd Party contractors assigned in Butter Margarine department.
  17. Create bar code, expiry code stickers for production run as per schedule.
  18. Collection and filing of all Production Log Sheets and provide photocopy to Production Controller for SAP Confirmation. 
  19. Filing of SAP records and transactionS.
  20. Practices and maintain GMP and 5’S in the work area.
  • OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Assist production controller in other production related activities that he/she may assign, when needed.

  3. Complies with and performs procedures and instructions prescribed under the company’s/plants quality, Food Safety, HACCP and Environment Management standards and government regulations. Ensures implementation of proper waste segregation and disposal procedures, conservation of resources and pollution prevention programs.

  5. Observes Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures and workplace safety regulations and emergency preparedness programs (e.g. chemical spill response, ammonia leak response, fire safety, etc.)

  7. Performs clean-up and housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office and its surroundings.
  8.  

  9. To perform audit / auditor representative of BM department for I.Q.A. / GMP/ SAFETY/ and others.
  10.  

  11. To perform other functions within work team as assigned from time to time.
  • Educational Attainment:
  1. College Graduate, preferably Accounting and Engineering graduate
  • Working Experience:
  1. Knowledge in SAP or its equivalent.
  2. Computer literate,  proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power point)
  3. Good mathematical ability
  4. With good communication skills, verbal and written.

  3. Able to work on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays if necessary
