Title:  Tolling Manager

Responsibilities:

The Ideal candidate will:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of tolling operations of major categories such as Tolled Milk, All Purpose Cream and other projects requiring manufacturing of desired products from outside sources not owned by Magnolia Inc.
• Ensures that category budgets and targets are met in terms of sales volume, revenue, production costs, margins, and income.
• Responsible in the availability of finished goods across all categories in the various designated shipping points based on the desired days level of inventories by carefully coordinating and orchestrating production plans from materials planning to tolling operations, production efficiencies and stocks transfers and replenishments.
• Major KPIs are on Customer Service Level, Conformance to Inventory Level Policy/ Standards per location and Reduction of Ageing Stocks.
• The job requires regular engagements with internal personnel in Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain Planning Group, Business Planning including Procurement Group, Quality Assurance and PD.
• The job also requires engagements and management of owners and tolling partner representatives, suppliers, and other stakeholders of the categories.
• Ensures finished goods stocks availability of products across all categories involved based on the production plan considering desired days level of inventories
• Evaluates Category Performance in terms of hitting the KPI and provides corrections actions and resolutions if needed
• Provides recommendations of business strategies based on actual performance of related categories and prepares management reports required as basis for business directions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering , Business Management or any related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in supply planning & manufacturing operations
• Advanced knowledge of the UHT process
• In-depth knowledge of the related product specifications & Financial Management
• Good communication skills both oral and written analytical & has Attention to details
