Title: Production Engineer
General Trias, Cavite (AEH0)
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must be a graduate of any Engineering course.
- Has knowledge on the applicable GMP/PRP, HACCP and food safety programs in his assigned area.
- With at least six (6) months On-the-job Training PHC (OJT); must have an understanding of the operating principles of the assigned machine/equipment.
- Has knowledge in machine/equipment repair and maintenance. Possesses the ability to use hand and power tools.
- Has knowledge in reading, interpreting and translating to simple terms/information to technical
diagrams and drawing.
- Can write simple reports, analyze and interpret data.
- Must be proficient in computer applications (i.e.) MSWord, Excel
- Must be proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules. Works in cold (hot) and wet (dry) environment/areas; wearing of appropriate PPE eg rubber gloves, rubber boots, vest or sweater and thermal socks are required.
- Knows specifications and shelf life of the various products.
- Works with products that are at risk from contamination; required uniforms and protective gears like boots, facemask, bonnet and/or hairnet, bump cap or safety helmet are required.
- Constantly exposed to noise, hearing protection is required.
- Work requires standing with arms outstretched including occasional walking or movement of them legs and feet.
- Works with sharp object/bladed objects and tools.
Has working knowledge of product formulation, materials, and procedures.
