Title: Product Development Specialist

The Product Development Specialist is responsible for the development and improvement of new products from concept through launch according to the Product Development System (PDS). This role ensures that products meet market demands, align with company strategy, and are delivered on time and within budget. The Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement Group to translate customer needs into innovative solutions. Product Development Specialist provides technical advice by the conduct of basic research, troubleshooting, operations audit, alternate material tests, evaluation of new technologies, competitive and consumer needs analyses in his/her area of specialization.
Education/Licensure/Certification:

Graduate of B.S. Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineer or other related courses

Work Experience/Exposure: With or without experience, but preferably with PD experience of at least 2 years in any food manufacturing business
