Title:  Process Specialist

Education/Qualification

Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or other engineering related courses, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in technical services / research & development / 

Has more than 3 years work experience in a Food Manufacturing plant

Provides technical advice and assistance in the following functions of industrial engineering and technical services for Cavite Plant

• monitoring, analysis and review of manufacturing processes.
• maintenance and improvements in manufacturing processes

Prepares and generates reports as may be required from time to time. 

Provides training for new and other personnel as may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support to Production, Logistics and other departments in trouble shooting line problems and other process related concerns.
• Conducts process validations to address operational needs, e.g. raw material balancing, new equipment or process tests, in the maintenance of existing or commercially running products.
• Prepares Temporary Advise Note (TAN) to effect and implement process changes as an interim document. 
• Conducts regular audit / process review of product based on set specifications and yields to establish trends for subsequent product improvements and update of standard yields.  
• Gathers, consolidates, analyses and monitors data and trends for product and process improvements and innovations.
• Spearheads the Statistical Process Control (SPC) Team. Performs data analysis on product based on statistical data for potential improvements.
• Consolidates, generates and prepares weekly, monthly and other periodic reports for superiors and Management.
