Description:
- Obtain daily production schedule, parameters and/or formula card from Supervisor
- Informs supervisor for the required ingredients and/or materials to be withdrawn from Stores
- Prepares, gather, and monitor materials, ingredients, and other accessories needed by the line
- Ensures that FEFO system is strictly being followed
- Set-up equipment (Fryma, SUP, Sachet & Jarline Filler) according to production schedule
- Performs change filters, gaskets, and other consumables
- Provides timely feedback to Production Supervisor for readiness of line
- Conducts weekly, monthly inventories of all ingredients in his workplace for proper accountability
- Confirms CIP/cleaning schedule from Production Supervisor
- Performs safekeeping of all Salad Aids ingredients
- Can assume position of Material Controller when there is need
- Follows manpower schedule given by supervisors and shall report whenever required by operations
- Act as replacement for absent personnel from mixing, grinding, dumping, blending, cooking and filling area
