- Manage the raw materials inbound load and coordinate with SCPG and Manufacturing on timely delivery of raw materials needed to support FGA
- Manage the efficiency in warehousing and movement of Wet and Dry Raw Materials
- Manage inventory accuracy in terms of IRA Quantity, IRA Bin, IRA Batch and IRA SKU
- Plan for warehouse optimization making sure 95% of the warehouse bins are productive and 5% both Beyond MAA and non-conforming products that should have immediate disposition for next action
- Implement systems and mechanisms for transactional, WMS and IM Level of inventory
- Monitor Third Party KPI and proposed for improvements
- Improvement in Service Level for Production and Toller, on-time issuance of needed materials requirements being the primary customer
