Title:  Logistics Coordinator

The logistics coordinators will execute daily operations in accordance with the warehouse and distribution
strategies agreed with the Plant Logistics Manager and the Magnolia BLG Mancom.
The main role of the Logistics Coordinator is to ensure that the respective logistics service providers (LSP) are
functioning at their most efficient and consistent levels on a daily basis. They are tasked with ensuring that the
best-in-class warehouse and transport management operations are consistent with the BLG objectives.
For the Finished Goods Logistics Coordinators, the job requires them to have full understanding of the daily
finished good volumes for issuance, including but not limited to trade deliveries, inter-plant transfers, and STOs.
They are required to maximize all service levels by eliminating logistics-related un-serves and backlogs. They are
required to coordinate with other departments and sites to increase service levels. They ensure that the LSP
provides the needed transport resources to execute the outbound deliveries.
For RMPM Logistics Coordinators, the job requires them to have a full understanding of the raw material and
packaging material requirements, including the timely and accurate receiving of materials from suppliers and
issuance of materials to production. They are required to ensure that the LSP provide the necessary transport
requirements when necessary.
For both functions, the Logistics Coordinators are also required to monitor operations of other LSPs contracted
for warehouse overflow and other auxiliary services
