Title:  Inventory Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Business course
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Able to communicate in all levels of the organization

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy, analyzing and reconciling inventory variances, monitoring stock aging and movements, and preparing inventory reports using SAP/WMS and Excel. Coordinates with concerned teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.

• Daily review and analysis of VisMin depot inventories
• Timely resolution of inventory and operational concerns;
• Conduct of physical inventory counts;
• Monitoring and disposition of non-conforming inventories
