Title:  IE Assistant

Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in industrial engineering and technical services/research & development/operations research

Have at least 2 years years work experience in a Food Manufacturing plant

Duties & Responsibilities

The Plant 3 IETS IE Assistant personnel will be tasked to do the following:

Prepare the following technical reports:
     Creation of Productivity Template
     Plant 3 Productivity Monitoring
     IETS Mancom Report
     Production Achievement and Adherence Report
     24/7 RSA Dashboard report
     Business Unit BOR Deck / ORC Report
     Plant Utilization Tracking

Support to the IETS Programs:
     Best of the Best (BOB) Program
     Gemba Walk
     Conducts Work Measurement
     Time and Motion Study 
     Work Standards Measurement
     Capacity Study on Production and Warehouse
