Education and Qualification

1. Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering or any 4 year course.
2. Must have an understanding of production operations and operating principles of various  machine/equipment.
3. Has excellent negotiating, influencing, persuading skills
4. Has knowledgment on various management systems
5. Preferably with prior purchasing, buying work experience
6. Can make presentations to Management
7. Proficient in MS applications ie Word, Excel, Powerpoint 
8. Will be trained on SAP.Arriba, MRP

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise in the handling of purchases of the items and services below, complying with and following SMPFC BPG policies and procedures:

• Stock items (under MRP, referring to items which have been awarded to accredited suppliers; classified as catalogue items)

To provide administrative and clerical support to superior in the preparation of reports, presentations and other Management requirements
