Job Summary: Focus on driving sales through strategic planning, prospecting, and client relationship management. It also involves cross-functional collaboration and delivering excellent customer service. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
