Title:  Toll Mixer

 Responsible in the preparation of micro mix ingredients for tolled products (Full Cream Milk, Chocolait, APC, & other products) based on the production plan as set in coordination with Supply Chain Planning Group, PD  and QA following the work instructions as set by Tolling Operations using batch cards released by PD as basis in preparing the work instruction.  The preparations of the materials follow the good manufacturing practices as set by QA with the total activities involved including receipt of materials needed, preparation, micro-mixing, proper storage and deliveries complying to the PD and QA requirements.

Main Tasks:

1. Prepares the raw materials needed in the pre-mixing of related dairy productions for production based on the work instructions prepared by the Materials Coordinator. The work instructions are prepared based on the batch cards transmitted to Tolling Operations for compliance.
2. Ensures availability of materials needed for micro-mixing based on the production plan provided by planning by creating the MID of lacking materials. The materials needed for MID are based on the total available materials less the available physical stocks in the pre-mixing area.
3. Prepares the other materials needed such as plastic polybags, crates, gallons & scoopers to ensure efficient and well controlled pre-mixing operations.
4. Coordinates the actual cleaning and washing of materials needed in the pre-mixing such as the crates, gallons and scoopers.
5. Ensures actual weighing of raw materials as indicated in the batch cards & formulation cards & based on the good manufacturing practices as set.
6. Creates stickers for the proper tagging of pre-mixed ingredients.
7. Prepares the batch monitoring to include batch or lot numbers, production dates & expiration dates & release codes for proper monitoring of materials. 
8. Provides inventory of left-over materials in coordination with Finance
9. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the mixing area including the proper disposal of garbage & other materials not needed in the operations.
