To assist the Human Resources Manager to ensure that Human Resources policies and procedures are consistently implemented and to provide services specifically in the area of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Community Relations and Internal / External Communications of the Plant, Crisis Management and Security and Other Administrative Services such as Extended Workforce Management (i.e. Contractual, Janitorial and Clinic Personnel).
