Job Summary:

Oversees sales and distribution in the assigned area, follows company plans, opens new accounts, and ensures sales targets are met. Tracks competitors, suggests pricing, runs local promotions, manages receivables, and works with other teams to support smooth sales operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise sales and distribution of all trade channels in the assigned territory.
  • Execute the given company’s plan and programs, develop and open new accounts to ensure attainment of sales target.
  • Provides regular feedback to immediate superior on competitive activities in the area, recommend prices, prepares and analyzes volume forecast to ensure availability of supply.
  • Initiates local store promo, manage AR and coordinates with other departments to ensure effectiveness of sales transaction and achieve overall sales objective.

 

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably any business related course
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in distributor and supermarket sales operation
  • Efficient oral and written communication and presentation/negotiation skills
  • Can drive manual transmission vehicle
