Title:  Shift Engineer

Execute day-to-day operation and maintenance of hatchery equipment, utilities and facilities including incubators, package chillers, water supply, wastewater treatment, power generation, ventilation systems, disinfection equipment, and building services to ensure reliable support for incubation and hatching processes while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and biosecurity standards.
