Responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities and performance of the assigned Distributor
Develop and implement programs and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, driving results with the right structure
Ensure that results are driven with the right structure and qualified people
Monitor KPIs, track sales metrics, analyze sales data and take corrective action to address performance gaps
Train, motivate and manage Distributor sales personnel, setting performance expectations with regular coaching session and in-field training
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, handling issues and ensuring satisfaction of Distributor accounts by having a core portfolio of profitable brands with strong consumer proposition
