Title:  Production Engineer

The Production Engineer is responsible for executing and optimizing production operations by ensuring the availability and proper movement of materials, manpower, equipment, utilities, and software needed for production. It involves operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production systems to achieve efficient transformation of inputs into quality finished products while controlling critical process parameters and implementing continuous improvement through DMAIC. The role also oversees documentation, preventive maintenance, calibration compliance, root cause analysis, GMP implementation, risk management, audit participation, and coordination with service providers to ensure smooth operations and corrective actions when needed. Additionally, it promotes compliance with Environment, Safety, and Health policies by enforcing PPE use, conducting hazard and safety analyses, assisting in accident investigations, and monitoring energy consumption to support safe and sustainable production practices.
