The Logistics Assistant will be assigned in the following tasks:             

1. Fleet Movement:1.1 Direct movement of trucks to serve the raw material requirements of the plants based on approved Material Replenishment Plan (MRP).      1.2 Allocate trucks for finished goods movement from feed plants.1.3 Determine movement challenges of raw materials and recommends correction / corrective action.                    

2. Inventory Movement:2.1 Ensure that trucks are in loading areas to pick up raw materials thus, avoiding raw material stock out at plant level.               2.2 Coordinate with Logistics Coordinators for raw materials receiving and dispatching or truck line up in order to corresponds with feed plant inquiries regarding delivery details such as type of delivery, trucking and plate number, freight cost, estimated time of arrival if needed and delays in timely manner during transportation.                                2.3 Direct Logistics Coordinator which infested raw materials to prioritize for fumigation for future plant consumption.                 2.4 Coordinate with Logistics Coordinator and Inbound Planner regarding diversion of infested raw materials delivery to feed plant.              2.5 Closely monitor the inventory and movement of by-products at brewery, drying and rendering facilities and immediately dispatch excess or requirements of plants to avoid plant stoppage due to full storage.  2.6 Deliver the raw material requirement of the extrusion plants.                          

3. Customer Service (Internal Customer):3.1 Provides status delivery report for all stakeholders as to delay, early or non-delivery arrival of raw material deliveries to feed plants.                3.2 Coordinate with third party service provider to handle customer complain and any investigative delivery such as damaged goods and late or lost deliveries. Resolve problems concerning transport such as pilferage during transport and abnormal material losses.                          3.3 Answering haulers inquiries regarding status of overdue billing invoices thru phone calls and emails.                       

4. Learning and Growth:4.1 Attends trainings and seminars on Logistics latest innovation.         4.2 Represents the company for meetings with the local government such as Department of Public Works and Highways, Local Government Units and Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board.4.3 Conducts SMCSL and outsourced trucking performance review.Minimum Qualifications:Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or any 4-year related course.Must have at least 2 years of working experience related in warehouse management and logistics operation.Must have a good working attitude, behavior and willingness to be trained at all levels of the function.Must be knowledgeable in microsoft applications (excel, word and powerpoint).Must be willing to be assigned in Binalonan, Pangasinan
