Develops and deploys merchandising activities based on Marketing programs to support area sales and business directions according to required timelines.
Executes trade promotions and merchandising activities together with area sales.
Provides assistance and recommendation to area sales with regards to merchandising guidelines in the analysis of local market condition in relation to trade promotional activities.
Evaluates and recommends strategic plans and programs for Area’s Business Plan for the five (5) segments, namely: NMS Meats, SMS, NMS Poultry, SCS & Poultry Distribution and monitors trade spending on a monthly basis.
Conducts pre-construction meeting together with Business Development. Provides inputs in terms of merchandising of new retail outlets and facilitates request for merchandising materials.
 

Ensures proper executions and evaluation of Trade Marketing programs implemented thru the selected customers (e.g. NMS franchisees, Poultry distributors, accredited agencies) by conducting program cascades and trainings.
Ensures that all expenses related to events are within the approved budgets of the business through checking of current wages and cost estimates for event activations.

 

Spearheads sponsorship of and/or participation in special events projects such as national festivals, town fiestas, trade fairs, expos/exhibits, etc.
Implements store opening activities, anniversary activities, other major nationwide or region-wide store activities and special projects involving merchandising and promotions.
 

Facilities the release of necessary promotional and merchandising materials as indicated in the approved Promotional Activity Workplan (PAW).
Monitors the inventory and allocation of all merchandising and promo materials housed in the different warehouses through systematic procedures (i.e., regular month-end physical inventory counts, daily tally of received and released items, proper use of all standard forms for requisition and release, SAP monitoring, etc.)
Coordinates directly with Business Procurement Group (BPG) and accredited merchandising material supplier regarding production of promo and merchandising materials. Provide specifications for the materials and give directions on the delivery procedures.
Generates monthly reports on actual releases of materials (per cost center and per salesman) for consolidation and analysis.
Submits monthly and weekly status reports to the PANB Trade Marketing Manager to provide updates on projects being undertaken.
 

Participates as Resource Speaker to trainings/seminars conducted by SSTD (topics on Visual Merchandising, Special Events, and other marketing programs)
Assists in the Employee Sale in Head/Region Office. Coordinates with Sales and Marketing for the merchandising materials needed for the activity
Processes payments for suppliers (create PR thru Step up and facilitates payment thru SAP)
