Title:  Human Resources Staff

The Human Resource Staff is responsible for performing HR- related duties and will work directly with the Human Resources Head/Manager. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment and onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, payroll and benefits administration and labor compliance.

Qualifications: 

• BS Psychology or BS Industrial Engineering
• Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel
• Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills.
• High level of discretion with confidential material
